You receive a signed payment link
Once scope is agreed we send a single-use Stripe payment link (or invoice for Enterprise annual contracts). No card details shared with us — Stripe handles PCI compliance.
Licence keys issued immediately
Payment confirmation triggers automatic licence provisioning. Admins receive bulk keys within minutes. Enterprise deployments include onboarding support from your CSM.

How long does the sales process take?
We reply to every inquiry within one UK business day. For straightforward requirements we can often issue a payment link quickly. Enterprise quotes typically take 2–5 business days depending on scope (seat count, deployment shape, SSO, SIEM, BYOK) — we will set a timeline in the first reply.
What is included in the Enterprise quote?
Enterprise pricing covers seat licences, deployment support (Cloud, Hybrid, or Private), SAML/OIDC SSO configuration, SIEM forwarder setup, BYOK key arrangement, dedicated Customer Success Manager, and an SLA (99.9% for Cloud; SLA details differ for Hybrid/Private). All are line-itemised in the quote.
Can I run NetInsightPro fully on-premises?
Yes — the Private (air-gapped) deployment shape gives you a full on-prem stack: collector, admin console, and audit store. Nothing phones home. Licence validation is local via an HSM-signed JWT. Select "Interested in Enterprise Private" in the use-case field and we will scope accordingly.
Is there a minimum seat count for Enterprise?
Enterprise is quote-scoped to your fleet, with a 25-seat floor. The standalone Team tier is retired — teams that used to buy it are now served by Enterprise, which adds SSO, SIEM, BYOK, bulk provisioning, and a custom SLA on top of the same client. For individuals and very small teams, Pro is self-serve per licence with no minimum. Tell us your headcount and we will scope a quote to it.
Does NetInsightPro hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits are in scope for 2026–2027. In the interim, we can provide our current security posture document (Ed25519-signed release digests, mTLS, RBAC, audit log, encryption-at-rest, responsible disclosure programme) under NDA. Mention this in your inquiry.
What payment methods and billing cycles are available?
Pro is self-serve via Stripe (card or SEPA), billed monthly or annually. Enterprise contracts are invoiced annually (net 30) with wire transfer or BACS. We can accommodate multi-year pre-payment for a discount — include this in your inquiry and we will include it in the quote.
