This AUP lists what you must NOT do with NetInsightPro. Breaching any of these terminates your licence without refund.
Prohibited uses
- Monitoring networks you do not own or lack express authorisation to monitor
- Deploying the Software in environments where it violates wiretap, privacy, or surveillance laws
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing licence checks
- Sharing license keys between unrelated parties or reselling without written permission
- Using the Software to launch attacks, exfiltrate data, or facilitate unauthorised access
- Stress-testing or load-testing our API without written permission
- Scraping the site, admin APIs, or license servers
- Automating checkout, signup, or license activation without approval
Reporting abuse
If you observe abuse of our service, email abuse@netinsightpro.com with details. We investigate every report within 72 hours.
Enforcement
Breach leads to immediate suspension. Egregious breach (malware distribution, stalking, etc.) is reported to relevant law enforcement and regulators.
